What condition does inventory need to be in?
Any condition is considered — new, open-box, customer returns, shelf-pulls, discontinued lines, factory seconds, irregulars, or damaged packaging. Pricing reflects condition, but nothing is automatically excluded.
How quickly will I get an offer?
Most sellers receive a firm, written offer within 24 hours of sending a product list and photos. Pickup and payment typically follow within a week.
Do you handle pickup, or do I need to arrange freight?
We arrange and pay for freight anywhere in the continental United States. You never need to book a truck or load a pallet yourself.
